OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12:00 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be notified.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 7-10 business days. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States & Canada only. Customized items are non-returnable. Returns are only allowed if item(s) are defective in quaility.
DELIVERIES TO HAWAII, ALASKA AND CANADA
Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are subject to an additional fee per delivery address. Canada deliveries will have an additional fee of $8.99 and Hawaii/Alaska will have an additional fee of $15.99.
